We utilize proprietary systems to mana g e  t h e  e n t i r e oversight process and ensure the highest probability of success i n all facets of managing your asset. Monthly Property Management Fee:
Negotiable
Wire Transfer & Banking Charges:
All distributions and ACH wire transfers and banking fees are included in our monthly management fee.
Owner Access to Accounting:
We have the ability to allow for payments online and for our clients to review
online accounting statements through our online cloud-based systems.
Renovation & Vendor Oversight:
All property common area bidding, renovations, construction and reoccurring
vendor services will be overseen by management as part of the monthly management fee.
Onsite HOA Management Meetings (where applicable):
Management will make a team member available for monthly, quarterly or semi-annual meetings as part of the monthly management fee. We can present the records for our clients through an AV system at those meetings.
Professionally Staffed Team:
We provide our clients with an entire staff of seven full time professional employees
including a full-time, in-house accountant, client manager, repair & maintenance
manager, a bookkeeper and 3 administrative staff members available to meet our
clients needs.
24 Hour Emergency Services:
Management will provide live operator services for 24 hour emergency repairs.
We will have designated vendors set up to respond to after hours emergencies as
needed as part of the monthly management fee.
